The only comment that I’ll add is that I believe Fitzgerald isn’t operating under the statute to which Scott refers about revealing covert operatives identities. That’s so narrowly written, really just to go after one person (a silly use of a law), that it would be near impossible to enforce in this instance. I think this is a conspiracy charge and a coverup investigation. Fitzgerald may have these guys finally caught in their web of lies.
