Applying for Conscientious Objector status is not supposed to be a crime, they can accept it or deny it, but in this President’s Army the apparent response to following procedure is to trump up charges and then use them as an excuse for imprisonment.

It is important to note that some of the torturers from Abu Ghraib prison received lesser sentences, or none at all, which puts the military’s value system on display rather clearly, doesn’t it?
